As a Financial Planning and Controlling expert at Hitachi Energy, your role involves compiling, analyzing metrics, identifying trends, overcoming challenges, and effectively communicating information to stakeholders to enhance the financial performance of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establishing and standardizing Functional Controlling processes globally within the PGJV controlling operating model - Managing end-to-end process performance, including operational, technical, and data-related aspects - Driving continuous process improvements and ensuring process management, standardization, and innovation - Participating in regular process performance validation to enable KPI-based performance steering - Managing interactions with key process stakeholders and addressing process inefficiencies - Overseeing the implementation and alignment of process governance - Collaborating with CoE and functional organizations to ensure compliance with process standards - Controlling process policies and procedures, reviewing, and approving process change requests **Qualifications Required:** - Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Professional Qualifications (CA or CMA) - 5-8 years of experience in Controlling and Accounting, with a focus on Functional Controlling processes in multinational organizations - Proven expertise in Process Management, including finance process modeling and Business Process Management - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and a good understanding of ERP, Planning & Reporting tools - Proficiency in spoken and written English language Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader dedicated to electrification and sustainable energy solutions, with a focus on innovative power grid technologies.
