Job Description

Role Overview: You will work as a Finance Business Advisor in the Infrastructure CFO team at Deutsche Bank, located in Pune, India. Your main responsibility will be managing financials for the division, including planning & analysis activities, month-end compilation, prediction, commentary, forecasting, and Balance Sheet substantiation. This role will require a strong knowledge of key finance processes and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Enabling decisions on Infrastructure initiatives by providing intelligent cost insights & analytics for the key Infrastructure divisions - Providing forecast guidance to divisional COO leads, performing analysis, reporting, and driving quarterly divisional performance review discussions on financials - Driving divisional Planning for key Infrastructure divisions by compiling future year demand, producing exit rate prediction, compiling growth expectations/requests, and engaging with senior stakeholders in the target setting exercise - Ensuring smooth & timely delivery on monthly RTB activities like Flash and forecast reporting processes - Implementing improvements to the packs & conducting further cost deep dives based on feedback from Stakeholders/Management - Collaborating with Finance COOs and DBCM to drive transparency on Driver Based Cost Management allocations Qualifications Required: - Professionally qualified person (Postgraduate, ACA or Tier I MBA) with >5 years of post-qualification experience - Management of high performing teams in a fast-moving environment - Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally - Strong knowledge of Month-end financial processes, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting processes with experience ideally gained from within Financial Services - Strong knowledge of Financials, Balance sheet cost drivers, transfer pricing aspects, etc. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Excellent knowledge of the relevant DB financial systems and processes (e.g., GGL, SAP, etc.) - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines - Strong Communication skills required with the ability to converse clearly with regional and global stakeholders/clients - Acts with integrity in all interactions with colleagues, team members, and clients - Influencing Skills Additional Information: Deutsche Bank offers a range of benefits including a best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, sponsorship for industry-relevant certifications and education, employee assistance program, comprehensive hospitalization insurance, accident and term life insurance, complementary health screening for individuals aged 35 years and above, training and development opportunities, coaching and support from experts, and a culture of continuous learning to aid progression.
