We’re now growing our core team and are looking for a results-driven Finance & MIS Associate to take charge of vital financial and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and monthly financial dashboards
• Build and update financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decisions
• Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and financial reconciliations
• Support end-to-end accounting operations, vouchers, and transaction documentation
• Collaborate on management presentations and insights-driven PowerPoint reports for internal and client use
• Streamline reporting workflows and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookup functions, dynamic dashboards, logical formulas, etc.)
• Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
• Exposure to MIS frameworks, reporting KPIs, and audit-readiness practices
• Hands-on experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Execution skills matter more than formal degrees—we value candidates with demonstrated work experience and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in finance, MIS, or accounts preferred
