Finance Associate

As a Finance Associate at Gracias Granny, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operations of inventory management and financial tasks. Your responsibilities will include accurately recording daily sales and expenses, preparing financial reports, managing petty cash, analyzing costs, monitoring receivables, and updating inventory in the Petpooja system. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining stock inventory, ensuring stock levels, performing audits, and organizing storage areas. Key Requirements: - Prior experience in inventory management, accounting, or financial operations. - Knowledge of stock control practices and basic accounting skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Preferred Skills: - Experience in the food and beverage industry. - Familiarity with restaurant POS systems like Petpooja. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
