Finance Associate

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, including tasks such as invoicing, billing, and journal entries. You will also handle statutory compliances related to PF, ESI, GST, and TDS. Your role will involve handling reconciliations such as party ledger and bank statements. It is essential to have a good command over MS Excel and statutory compliances like IT, TDS, ESI, PF, and the GST portal. You will be expected to recommend financial actions based on your analysis of accounting options and create basic MIS reports. Additionally, you will need to address employees' taxation queries and possess good liaising abilities with external agencies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/college Degrees in Finance, Accounting, MBA finance, or a relevant field of study. - Knowledge of accounting tools is an added advantage. - Good Communication Skills Please note that the work mode for this position is hybrid, and the desired experience level is 6 months.
