SharePoint Sr. Developer

You will be responsible for designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions such as intranet portals, document management systems, and workflows. Additionally, you will develop Power Automate flows for business process automation using Power Automate and Power Apps. Your role will involve customizing SharePoint sites using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs. You will create custom lists, libraries, views, site templates, and content types. Integration with external systems via REST API, Graph API, or third-party connectors will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will implement security policies, manage permissions, and ensure governance on SharePoint environments. Collaborating with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be essential. Maintaining technical documentation, providing user training when necessary, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and supporting legacy SharePoint environments (2013/2016) are also key elements of this role. Qualifications required for this position include a minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online (Office 365) development. Hands-on expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), strong proficiency in SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs are essential. Experience in Microsoft 365 and external system integration, along with a solid understanding of permission management and governance in SharePoint, are also necessary. Excellent documentation and communication skills, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams are important attributes.
