Job Summary:

Finance & Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end accounting
in
SAP
across multiple subsidiaries.
Prepare
Audit & MIS Reports
, financial forecasts, and budgets.
Oversee
working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory management
.
Liaise with
bankers
on working capital facilities and cash utilization.
Ensure
compliance with tax regulations
(Corporate Tax, VAT, etc.).
Conduct
ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and internal audits
.
Perform
financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis
.
Maintain financial records, contracts, and internal controls.

Key Skills:

Strong accounting expertise
(CA mandatory).
Proficiency in
SAP FICO & MM, Advanced Excel
.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
.
Excellent communication & organizational skills
.
Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
.
