Finance and Accounts Executive

As a Finance and Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - **Tally Accounting:** You will be responsible for maintaining precise and up-to-date financial records in Tally. This involves handling ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation tasks efficiently. - **Taxation:** Your role will involve ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. You will prepare and file income tax returns, GST returns, and other tax-related documentation. It is essential to stay updated on changes in tax laws and adjust the company's tax strategy accordingly. - **TDS Compliance:** Managing TDS compliance and deductions as per the Income Tax Act will be a key part of your responsibilities. This includes preparing and filing TDS returns and maintaining accurate records of TDS deductions. - **GST Returns:** You will be in charge of preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns. Ensuring all GST-related compliance is met and resolving any related issues will be crucial. - **Financial Reporting:** Your tasks will involve preparing financial statements and reports when required. Additionally, you will generate financial analysis and forecasts to support management decisions. - **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Collaborating with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts will be part of your role. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. - Proficiency in using Tally for accounting and financial management. - Strong knowledge of taxation, TDS, GST, PF, and ESI processes and compliance. - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Knowledge of financial software and tools. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
