Finance Analyst/Assistant Accounts Manager

As a Financial Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing financial expertise and analysis to support the organization's financial decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting detailed financial analysis to evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement. - Preparing and analyzing financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast future performance and assess various scenarios. - Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual performance, and providing recommendations for corrective actions. - Developing and implementing investment strategies, including stock portfolio optimization, and monitoring investment performance. - Understanding and implementing hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks and staying up-to-date on market trends. - Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and presentations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. - Collaborating with other departments to achieve financial objectives, providing insights and recommendations to management, and participating in financial planning processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Experience with hedging techniques and stock portfolio optimization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
