The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Finance or M.Com with a 2024 pass out year, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office and BI tools, strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration, the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.,
