Finance & Accounts Executive

Accounting & Bookkeeping

 Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally / ERP systems

 Record day-to-day transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank entries

 Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

 Track accounts payable and receivable

 Vendor Payments

 Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules

MIS & Reporting

 Prepare monthly MIS reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

 Track budgets vs actuals and highlight variances

 Support management with financial insights and cost analysis

 Maintain lender-wise loan, EMI, and OD tracking statements

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

 Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

 Handle TDS compliance (returns, challans, Form 16/16A)

 Support Income Tax computations and filings

 Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws

 Coordinate with consultants and auditors for assessments and audits

Payroll & Employee Compliance

 Process monthly payroll including PF, ESI, TDS deductions

 Generate payslips and maintain payroll records

 Handle employee salary revisions, advances, and reimbursements

 Maintain statutory registers and employee compliance records

Audit & Documentation

 Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits

 Maintain proper documentation for vouchers, invoices, and filings

 Ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements (where applicable)

Qualifications & Experience

Education

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

 CA-Inter / CMA-Inter candidates preferred

Experience

 2–5 years of accounting experience in an Indian corporate environment

 Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, payroll, and audits

Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory laws

 Proficiency in Tally, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS), and Tally systems

 High attention to detail and accuracy

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

 Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,716.96 - ₹33,576.10 per month
