Finance Account Specialist

As a Junior Accounts Executive at ToggleNow in Hyderabad, you will be an integral part of our finance team. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with clients. You will be responsible for performing daily bookkeeping and accounting activities using Tally and/or Zoho Books. This involves preparing and reconciling invoices, bank statements, and vendor/customer ledgers. You will also handle GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESI filings, as well as compliance tracking. Additionally, you will prepare various financial reports for management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintaining organized digital and physical records of financial documents will be a key aspect of your role. You will also support statutory audits by providing necessary data and schedules, and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred) with 2-4 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Tally and/or Zoho Books is mandatory, along with a good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Indian taxation. Strong communication and client coordination skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
