Final Quality Inspector

As a Quality Control Inspector at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and the Quality department. - Reading and understanding SOP/WI, acceptance criteria, master samples, etc. - Working as per cycle time, following all break times, and meeting quantity with quality standards. - Ensuring site safety requirements are met and adhering to customer rules, regulations, and safety aspects. - Minimizing business loss due to non-availability of manpower, leave planning, overtime, and flexibility. - Understanding blueprints, technical documents, manuals, WI, SOP, and ensuring that products and parts meet quality standards. - Examining, inspecting (visually), testing, measuring materials or products for defects or deviations from specifications. - Writing inspection sheets with OK, REJECTED, HOLD parts, defects/parts, and communicating with supervisors for the same type of defects observed in multiple parts. - Familiarity with the flow of materials, locations, and packing materials & bins for OK, REJECT, HOLD parts. - Knowing all types of tags for OK, Hold, and rejected materials. - Understanding inspection identification criteria for OK parts and promptly communicating with supervisors for unsafe conditions or acts near the firewall station. - Maintaining 5S near the firewall station.
