Job Description

Final Quality check of products
Batch sampling of Final products
Responsible on focusing at final stage of product with concern department on a timely basis.
Hands on experience of Quality issue and interacting with Manufacturing process teams for Corrective Actions.
Daily meeting on quality level and improvement plan
Resolving issues by 8D Methodology
Close coordination with Quality Control.
Responsible for assessing quality of Final Product Quality (existing and new products) and managing dispatch Pack to customer
Prepare Quality Assurance plan, Control Plan
Manage the root cause analysis and further administer the FQC and corrective action
Responsible for identifying critical process/ product parameters considering PFMEA, assembly and function for the control through Statistical Process control.
