As a Final Inspector in the Car Workshop located in Bhopal, your role is crucial in ensuring that vehicles undergo a thorough inspection post repairs and maintenance. You will play a key part in upholding the company's quality standards and adhering to safety regulations before vehicles are delivered to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive visual and functional inspections of vehicles after service or repair. - Ensure that all requested work has been accurately completed to a high standard. - Verify the proper functioning of safety systems such as brakes, lights, and tires. - Identify and report any defects, incomplete work, or quality issues to the Workshop Manager. - Collaborate with technicians to address and resolve any identified problems. - Guarantee the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles before handover. - Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation for reference. - Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** - Demonstrated experience in automotive inspection or a similar quality control role. - Profound knowledge of automotive repair processes and safety standards. - Exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to excellence. - Strong communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and inspection checklists. - Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications like ASE are advantageous. - Hold a valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certification in automotive inspection or quality control. - Familiarity with workshop management systems. - Previous experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.
