Final Inspector

As a Final Inspector at the Car Workshop in Bhopal, your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and safety of vehicles after repairs and maintenance. You will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections to guarantee that all work meets the company's standards and complies with safety regulations before returning vehicles to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive visual and functional inspections on vehicles post-service or repair. - Verify the accuracy and quality of all completed work. - Ensure proper functioning of safety systems such as brakes, lights, and tires. - Report any defects, incomplete tasks, or quality issues to the Workshop Manager. - Collaborate with technicians to address and resolve identified problems. - Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of vehicles before handover. - Keep detailed inspection records and documentation. - Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Provide feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in automotive inspection or a similar quality control role. - Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and safety standards. - Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering excellence. - Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and inspection checklists. - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications (e.g., ASE) preferred. - Possession of a valid driver's license. In addition to the above, the company prefers candidates with certifications in automotive inspection or quality control, familiarity with workshop management systems, and experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.
