Job Description: Field Sales Engineer
Industry: Industrial Automation & Control Panel with Automation ProductsLocation: S G Highway, AhmedabadCompany: Endosys Automation Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Engineer to drive sales of our automation and control panel solutions. The role involves client visits, business development, technical discussions, preparing quotations, and ensuring strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a background in industrial automation products and a passion for sales growth.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Visit clients for sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with customized technical and commercial quotations.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and ensure timely order closures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales, technical, and production teams for order execution.
  • Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales visit and lead follow-up reports.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events (if required).

Requirements

  • Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation preferred).
  • 2yr to 3 years of experience in field sales/business development for industrial automation/control panel products.
  • Knowledge of PLC, HMI, Drives, Servo, Stepper motors, and industrial automation solutions preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories.
  • Experience in using CRM/ERP systems is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-timeWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM 6:00 PM)Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager / DirectorSalary: Based on experience and skills.
