Job Description

Job Title:

File Transfer Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Support cloud migration initiatives involving
Kubernetes / Docker-based deployments
Install and manage
CFT & XFB Gateway
across Linux/Windows platforms
Monitor and troubleshoot file transfers using
Axway Sentinel
Resolve incidents, determine severity/priority, and perform root cause analysis
Plan and execute
change requests
with documentation and backup strategies
Contribute to
Disaster Recovery
validation and simulation exercises
Collaborate with teams across infrastructure, ITG, business lines, and vendors
Maintain accurate documentation and operational runbooks
Provide
on-call support
and ensure continuity of service

Technical Skills:
