Job Description

Job Summary:


To support on-ground implementation of project in schools by coordinating activities, collecting data, and engaging teachers and students in anti-addiction and life-skills awareness.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Visit assigned schools regularly and support them in conducting activities.
  • Facilitate student awareness sessions, group discussions, and creative competitions.
  • Collect and maintain simple school-wise data, photos, and reports.
  • Assist teachers with monthly reporting and uploading activity updates on the Digital Platform.
  • Participate in review meetings and provide feedback to improve field execution.

Other Responsibilities


  • Participate in internal meetings, planning sessions, and review discussions.
  • Undertake field visits as required.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager related to project goals.
  • Coordinate with various officials and other stakeholders to execute project activities
  • Write reports, articles, social media posts, case studies, do research for project assessment, etc.
  • Maintain and submit records and receipts of all expenses
  • Undertake capacity-building assignments as and when suggested
  • Maintain and submit monthly and quarterly work reports, work plans, and appraisals.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Graduate in Social Work, Education or related field or any graduate willing to work in social sector
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Good communication in Marathi and basic English.
  • Comfortable using smartphones and basic digital tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work closely with schools.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to travel for field activities as required.
