🚨 Job Title: Deployment Specialist 🏢 Company: Helpee Health Tech Pvt Ltd 📍 Location: Kalyan Nagar (HRBR Layout), Bangalore Job Description: We are seeking a Deployment Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of fieldwork experience, preferably in healthcare or a service-oriented industry. Helpee Health Tech Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of home health care services for the elderly. The Deployment Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and timely placement of our caregivers and nurses at client locations. Key Responsibilities: Field Deployment: Pick up assigned caretakers and nurses from their respective locations and ensure their safe and timely drop-off at the client’s residence. Client Onboarding: Upon deployment, obtain the client’s signature on the Client Agreement Form after clearly explaining all terms and conditions outlined in the document. Documentation: Ensure the signed agreement forms are submitted to the concerned department the same day of deployment. Travel Record Maintenance: Maintain a daily log of travel kilometers to facilitate reimbursement of fuel expenses. These expenses will be reimbursed along with the monthly salary. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of relevant field experience (healthcare/home service industry preferred). Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to travel locally across the city. Familiar with using mobile apps for tracking/logging visits (training will be provided). Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. Additional Information: Job Type: Full-time, Field Role Location: Based out of our Kalyan Nagar (HRBR Layout) office Compensation: Fuel expenses reimbursed monthly based on logged kilometers
