Field Testing Associate

About the Role
We are testing our Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) and are looking for a Field Testing Engineer to assist with hands-on field operations. This role includes mechanical support, equipment handling, basic documentation, and coordination. Ideal for diploma graduates or freshers with basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in AUV launch, retrieval, and site setupHandle tools, mounts, cables, batteries, and connectorsPerform basic mechanical checks and assembly under supervisionMaintain daily checklists, reports, and field documentationSupport in equipment transport, gear prep, and on-site logisticsUse basic computer tools (MS Word, Excel, file handling)

Requirements
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field0–2 years of experience (college projects/internships welcome)Basic mechanical/hardware understanding (tools, fittings, connections, etc.)Comfortable with field tasks and hands-on work in outdoor settingsMust be proficient in English and HindiGood with basic computer skills – Word, Excel, file transfersWillingness to travel for field tests and work near water if required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
