Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Technician at Zeinet Telecommunications and IT Services Pvt Ltd. The position is primarily based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of broadband and IT systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting customer issues, performing routine system checks, and ensuring the timely resolution of technical problems. Qualifications Technical skills: knowledge of broadband and IT systems, troubleshooting, system checks Customer service skills: ability to communicate clearly with clients, problem-solving, client relationship management Detail-oriented: precision in installation and maintenance, attention to detail in repairs Physical ability: capacity to work in various environments, including outdoors and confined spaces Relevant qualifications: vocational training or certification in telecommunications or IT, prior experience in field service roles is a plus Driver's license: valid driver's license required to travel to various client locations Show more Show less
