Field Technical Service Expert

The Field Technical Service Expert at Apollo Tyres Ltd, based in Faridabad, will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise in the field of tyre manufacturing. As a part of the Field Technical Service department, you will report to the Regional FTS and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and product performance. Your key responsibilities will include managing claims and complaints, providing valuable product feedback to the Research & Development and Sales teams, conducting demand generation activities, delivering training sessions to both internal and external staff members, gathering market intelligence, implementing marketing and service initiatives, and offering sales support as needed.
