Field Tech Associate-Desktop Support

You will be joining NTT DATA as a Field Tech Associate-Desktop Support in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this role, you will be a key member of the EUC Team, providing support to End Users in a Client Environment. Your work will be guided by operational and project objectives, and your performance will be measured based on SLAs, CSFs & KPIs aligned with the same. Your responsibilities will include Day-to-Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to the ITIL Framework. You will also be involved in IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors, or buildings as required. Additionally, you will be expected to learn new and emerging technologies as needed, guided by business requirements. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, and Asset Management. Good troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office, COTS & End User Hardware Support are required, along with a basic understanding of the ITL Framework. Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy, etc., and good communication skills (both written & spoken) in English are essential. Furthermore, you should have the ability to physically perform general office requirements and be willing to work on rotational shifts 24x7.
