Key Responsibilities:

Visit residential areas, shops, offices, and public places to promote NGO activities
Interact with people and encourage them to support ongoing projects
Collect financial and in-kind contributions responsibly (cash/digital)
Maintain proper daily records of collections and field reports
Represent the NGO ethically and professionally at all times
Distribute brochures and awareness materials to the public

Required Candidate Profile:

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) | Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in
Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
Must be comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and public interaction
Should be sincere, polite, and motivated toward social service
Must own a smartphone and know basic digital payment handling
