Job Description

Name of the post: Field Support Engineers Location: Bangalore Roles and Responsibilities: Support the Field trails/PoCs of the Wired telecommunication products like Routers, Switches and Modems Support the Field trails/PoCs of the Wireless telecommunication products like RAN (4G/5G), Core Network etc. Deploy and Integrate the telecommunication systems/subsystems in the Field as needed Solve the technical issues in bringing up and operating in the Field Support and guidance to customers for operations and maintenance of deployed Network/Network Elements Network coverage test using Network analyzers and other tools for its performance To execute the testcases for the deployed network in the field Support to deployment and field support all over India Travel to anywhere all over India for field support and field trails. Identify and analysis the field requirements Skills and Abilities: Hands-on working experience and expert knowledge of wired/Wireless telecommunication systems is preferred Understanding principles of mobile communication network and main protocols. Wide knowledge of testing approaches Knowledge of Linus OS, Linux Administration and Linux networking Knowledge of RF measurement tools Excellent communicator, Team Player Attitude who can work independently also Excellent customer management, follow-through, resourcefulness, attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills Minimum Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent degree from recognized college/university Minimum 3 years of professional work experience post qualification, Preference will be given for any wireless deployment field experience.
