Job Description

Key Responsibilities Operational Supervision daily pest control operations at client sites Allocate work to technicians and monitor attendance and productivity Ensure services are delivered as per contract, SOPs, and safety standards Conduct site inspections before and after treatments Quality & Compliance Ensure proper use of chemicals, equipment, and PPE Follow statutory norms, safety guidelines, and company policies Maintain service records, checklists, and reports Ensure Contract ID / SIPC ID / Work Orders are followed before service Team ManagementTrain and guide technicians on treatment methods and safety Monitor technician performance and discipline Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings Handle minor employee issues and escalate when required Customer CoordinationInteract with clients to understand issues and provide solutions Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily/weekly service and manpower reports Maintain chemical usage and stock records Report incidents, accidents, or non-compliance to management Skills & RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in pest control operations Knowledge of general pest control, termite, rodent, and fumigation services Basic knowledge of chemicals and safety practices Ability to manage field staff and handle clients Basic computer skills (reports, email, mobile apps) Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
