Position Overview – Field Supervisor

SARANI is seeking a motivated and dedicated Field Supervisor to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for field-level implementation of project activities, community engagement, documentation, reporting, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective implementation of project activities
• Mobilize community members and facilitate meetings, training sessions, and awareness programs
• Collect field-level data, maintain records, and prepare periodic reports
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, school authorities, government departments, and community groups
• Support monitoring and evaluation processes and provide timely updates to the project team

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work)
• Experience: Prior experience in the development sector is preferred; freshers may also apply
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel to field locations occasionally

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Contract Duration

1 year (renewable based on performance and project continuation)
