Field Staff

Position: Field Staff – Aftermarket

Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in field service or aftermarket support, preferably in industrial machinery or automation sectors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Field Staff – Aftermarket professional to join our team. The role involves providing on-site support for maintenance, servicing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment/systems after commissioning. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and timely technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections, servicing, and maintenance of industrial machinery/equipment.
• Attend customer locations for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide technical support and training to clients for aftermarket products and services.
• Diagnose issues and ensure resolution within agreed timelines to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with internal service and spare parts teams for timely execution.
• Maintain proper documentation of service visits, issue logs, and customer feedback.
• Promote service contracts, upgrades, and spare parts to customers where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies during field operations.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in field service or aftermarket support, preferably in industrial machinery or automation sectors.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
