Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The Field Services Engineer will handle technical support, perform equipment troubleshooting, and execute preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include providing on-site assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for equipment
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to technical details
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar engineering disciplines
• Ability to work on-site, manage tools and heavy equipment components
• Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally for service visits
