Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing and maintaining excellent customer service, serving as the frontline service contact for our external customers. You will lead and motivate a trained staff to deliver quality service to all customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will act as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Providing status and service reports and recommending next steps to management will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should possess an Associate's degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in either technical support or management is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively carrying out the duties of this position.,
