Field Service Executive

As a Field Service Executive at Garagetech plus Pvt. Ltd. under the brand GarageWalle, located at Plot no. 5 N, Besa Rd, in front of ESSAR petrol pump, Geeta Nagar, Manewada, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440037, you will be an integral part of the Service & Technical Support department. With 12 years of experience, this role offers opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions with 4 vacancies available. Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site vehicle servicing, diagnostics, minor repairs, and customer support. You will be expected to perform on-site inspections, routine servicing, and minor repairs for customer vehicles, provide breakdown assistance, troubleshoot vehicle issues, educate customers on vehicle usage and safety features, maintain service records and reports, and coordinate with the parts and technical team for seamless service delivery. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold service quality standards. We welcome freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to apply. A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred, and field travel allowance and training will be provided. Upon joining, you will receive a uniform, ID, and necessary tools/equipment.
