1) Basic Knowledge of Electronic repairing, Instrument Handling.
2) Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. 3) Good communication skill, Troubleshooting knowledge, Mail communication and Service Documentation.4) Job includes traveling.

Required Candidate profile

1) 1-3 year experience in handling customer support department activities.2) Good knowledge of testing of electronic & electro-mechanical instruments.3) Ready to travel all over India.
