Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer - MRI/CT, located in Mumbai. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues with MRI/CT systems. The role involves field service tasks, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring the optimal performance of devices through regular servicing and maintenance.

Qualifications

Field Service experience and skills
Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Experience in Preventive Maintenance
Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with MRI/CT systems is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
