Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer - MRI/CT located in Pune. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the correct operation of MRI and CT equipment. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer service requests and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Field Service and Troubleshooting Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills Strong Customer Service capabilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills and the ability to work independently Background in MRI/CT technology or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field Show more Show less
