Responsibilities As a Field Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: - Installation, qualification, validation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of Waters systems. - Analysis and review of system and scientific data to identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams to expedite repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. - Effective communication of work performed and follow-up plans to manage customer expectations. - Establishing strong relationships and trusted partnerships with customers to offer advice and support on Waters products and services, while exploring opportunities to enhance their laboratory operations further. To support you in fulfilling these responsibilities, you will receive comprehensive training, work alongside a supportive team, and engage in continuous learning and development initiatives.
