Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide a delightful Customer Experience by giving product demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs, and provide usage guidance.
• Perform calibration & testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
• Record service activities and maintain service reports.
• Coordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers to get an opportunity to sell Accessories / Consumables and get a chance to earn an incentive (No Targets | No Cold Calling).

Required Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics Engineering
• Good Communication Skills: English & Local Regional Language (Mandatory)
• Vehicle (2-wheeler) & Driving Licence (Mandatory)
• Laptop (Mandatory)
• Superb work ethic & a growth mindset.
