Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) at our company, you will play a crucial role in the implementation team based in India, supporting high-tech manufacturing in the realm of Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing. Your responsibilities will include installing equipment at customer sites to ensure optimal functionality according to EOS specifications. Additionally, you will be providing basic training and initial support to new and existing EOS customers. In this role, you will offer on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and repair equipment, as well as provide remote technical support when needed. It will be essential for you to conduct preventive maintenance procedures within the designated time frame. Furthermore, you will be accountable for accurately documenting and submitting all service-related information in adherence to EOS procedures and guidelines. Managing EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to maintain the accuracy of assigned company assets will also be part of your duties. We are seeking a technically inclined and well-presented FSE who can seamlessly collaborate within a small professional team and work independently at customer sites. A methodical approach to technical issues and a certification as a technician or engineer in electrical and mechanical engineering, along with 1-3 years of experience in servicing high-quality machines, is what we are looking for. Basic knowledge in pneumatics and CAD, along with a meticulous work ethic, will be highly valued. You should possess excellent communication skills in English and have the ability to engage with customers professionally. A willingness to travel mainly within India, occasionally on a global scale, is required for this role.
