Field Service Engineer-CNC

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of our service team, responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines at customer sites. Your strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform installation, calibration, and testing of CNC machines. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. - Diagnose electrical, electronic, and control system issues and provide timely solutions. - Provide technical support and training to customers on machine operation and maintenance. - Maintain accurate service reports and documentation. Qualification & Requirements: - Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics. - Minimum 25 years of experience in servicing CNC machines or related industrial equipment. - Strong understanding of electrical circuits, drives, PLCs, and control systems. - Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites. - Good communication and customer-handling skills.
