Position: Field Service Engineer Experience: 0-1 Year Location: Ahmedabad Roles and Responsibilities: Handling warranty claim resolution Servicing of Infotainment system in four wheeler vehicle Investigating the defect and provide the technical resolution Resolving customer compliant Closing the service request within given turn around time Service Audit support Criteria: Should be ready to travel across the given territory Good English Communication (Writing and Reading both) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
