Job Description

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instrumentation products Job Responsibilities: Providing technical support for customers equipment/components/pumps to ensure to meet the required specifications and performance, including visiting the customer site for troubleshooting, liaison with the customer and proposing solutions to the customer Supporting Factory Acceptance test (FAT) and Site Acceptance test (SAT Completing service documentation is completed in proper format and by due dates- thisincludes items such as timesheets, service/repair reports, follow-ups, daily logs, expenses, etc. Ensuring proper storage of engineering documentation- drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's Job Requirement: Working in teams relative to trouble-shooting, debugging and integration responsibilities Good knowledge of machine operation and machine construction Experience in handling with high vacuum equipment, wet/dry pumps, chillers, and compressors Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams Troubleshoot with Mitsubishi PLC system and GXwork software Submit timely documents of service activities and expenses Preferred Experiences: Min. 3 years of field service experience dealing with high vacuum equipment and components Min. 2 years of PLC hands-on experience on machines Min. 2 years of tool installation and commissioning experience. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering or relevant subjects Field Service Engineer ,with high vacuum equipment, wet/dry pumps, chillers, and compressors,PLC Timings: 09 am to 5.30 pm(Monday - Friday)
