Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for customer equipment, components, and pumps to ensure proper operation and meet performance specifications.
Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and propose solutions directly to customers, including on-site visits.
Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
Maintain accurate and organized engineering documentation, including drawings, scope documents, RFIs, and maintenance logs.
Complete service documentation on time, including timesheets, service/repair reports, daily logs, and expense reports.
Collaborate with teams for troubleshooting, debugging, and integration responsibilities.
Assist in installation and commissioning of high vacuum equipment and associated systems.
Provide customer training and guidance on equipment usage and maintenance.
