Job Title: Hardware Server Engineer Location: Chakan, Pune - 410501 Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Server Engineer to help customers with technical issues related to servers. You will troubleshoot problems, guide customers through setup and maintenance, and work with other teams to solve more complex issues. Responsibilities: Can handle server call, HP Prolant Server, HP storage Able to handle HP server Hardware calls including ILO configuration, RAID configuration, New Server Racking Stacking Should be able to do Server & storage hardware calls for HP Proliant 360/380, 3 PAR, Apollo, Synergy, Tape Library etc servers. To be ready for 24x7 Support in rotational shift. Support installation, configuration, and updates for server systems. Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls. Escalate tough issues to senior engineers when needed. Keep clear records of customer interactions. Write support articles and update documentation. Requirements: Experience with Windows or Linux servers. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Basic knowledge of networks, storage, and server hardware. Comfortable with command-line tools. Nice to Have: Diploma in Hardware
