Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, & networking.
• Visit potential clients in assigned locations to present company products or services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned locations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and market trends to provide a competitive edge.
• Address customer complaints and resolve any issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Please Note: You may be required to travel to another state or city for a period of 15 days to one month, depending on work requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (a must).
• Prior experience in a field-based sales role is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,336.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month
