Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, & networking.
Visit potential clients in assigned locations to present company products or services.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned locations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and performance.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and market trends to provide a competitive edge.
Address customer complaints and resolve any issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (a must).
Prior experience in a field-based sales role is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,336.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month
