Role Overview: As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing off-call duties for 10 to 15 customers, both online and offline. Your working hours will be from 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM, reporting to the office manager or Office Head. It is mandatory to submit a daily report, which will be considered as attendance. Failure to submit the report within two days will be marked as absent. Your performance will be closely monitored, and if the average sales target is not achieved in a month, it may impact the special allowance component of your salary. You will be under probation for 3 months based on your performance. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in promoting and organizing sales in Odisha.
