Field Sales Representative

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the automotive, tyre, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of the tyre retreading process and MRF products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Singrauli area.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Actively identify, acquire, and develop new customers within the Singrauli region.
• Promote and sell MRF retreaded tyres to fleet owners, transportation companies, dealers, and other business clients.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify sales opportunities and increase market penetration for MRF’s retreaded tyres.
• Educate customers on the advantages of using MRF retreaded tyres, focusing on cost savings, performance, and sustainability.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to customers as required.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial deals while adhering to company policies.
• Close sales by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers to finalize transactions.
• Offer after-sales support by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues regarding product quality or service.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
• Provide regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to the sales manager.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer demands to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
• Continuously update knowledge of MRF’s tyre retreading products, features, and benefits.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Automotive service: 2 years (Preferred)
