Field Sales Representative

Role Overview: You will be responsible for field sales to develop business for a specific store. Your main tasks will include meeting with retailers, contractors, architects, engineers, builders, and other relevant stakeholders to drive sales for the store. Candidates with a background in building materials and FMCG sales will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field sales activities to promote business growth for a specific store - Meet with retailers, contractors, architects, engineers, builders, and other stakeholders to drive sales - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance sales opportunities - Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company - Provide feedback and market insights to the management team for strategic planning Qualifications Required: - Minimum educational requirement is passing the 12th standard - Background in building materials and FMCG sales preferred - Maximum age limit of 34 years - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Details: The job is based in Siliguri and is a full-time position. You can expect a salary of up to 18K NTH along with additional benefits such as PF, ESI, TA, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus associated with the role. You will be required to work in person at the designated work location.,
