We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Daily field visits to assigned routes/shops
• Generate new sales and maintain existing customer relationships
• Take and record daily orders from retailers/supermarkets
• Ensure product visibility and availability in all outlets
• Follow beat plan and report daily activities
• Achieve monthly targets
• Collect payments as per company policy

Requirements

• Age not more than 35
• Freshers also welcome – those who are interested in building a strong sales career
• Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG sales (preferred)
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Should be familiar with local market and routes
