Job Description

A Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative is a skilled professional who builds customer relationships, follows up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities. They identify prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships Meet personal and team sales targets Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,625.42 - ₹32,120.96 per month Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) License/Certification: bike or car licen (Preferred) Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
